In 1976, Circleville, OH residents mysteriously began receiving threatening and sometimes sexual letters.Β All of them were postmarked from nearby Columbus, without a return address, by an anonymous writer who claimed to be watching them. One woman in particular peaked the authorβs interest, and her family was watched and tormented for over a decade. This is the strange and horrifying story of Mary Gillispie.
