In 2008 a bizarre deathbed confession came from barber and self proclaimed psychic Vernon Seitz. He admitted to his psychiatrist that years ago he had killed a child. When Vernon didn't show at the barber shop several days later, a neighbor called police for a well check. Police found Vernon's body surrounded by his "psychic" treasures... But wait! It gets creepier. We think there is a Dahmer connection!
