Russian serial killer Alexander Pichuskin had more victims than Jeffrey Dahmer, Jack the Ripper, and the Son of Sam combined. From 1992-2006 it wasn't uncommon to hear their screams echoing through the woods. His theatrics were chilling and inspired from his favorite book, How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dave Carnegie. No one seemed to catch on to the ordinary grocery store clerk...and police couldn't be bothered.
